How Falkview US handles personal data when you visit this site, contact us or use the service.
Who we are
Falkview runs Falkview US (us.falkview.com and app.us.falkview.com) and decides how the data described here is used. Questions about personal data: contact@falkview.com.
For the documents and data a customer company adds to the service, the customer decides how they are used and we process them on its behalf, under our agreement with that customer.
What we collect
When you book a demo: your name, work e-mail, phone number, company, UEI, roughly how big the company is and how many proposals it writes, where it bids, and your message.
When an account is created: company name and UEI, your name, e-mail address, phone number and password (stored only as a hash, never in plain text).
When you use the service: what you do in it (for example which solicitations you assess) and the documents you upload, such as capability statements, past performance, résumés and price sheets.
When you visit this website: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address.
How we use it
To reply to you, set up a demo and prepare an agreement; to create and run your account; and to deliver the service under the agreement with your company.
We don't sell personal data, don't share it for advertising, and don't use your documents to train AI models.
Where it is stored and who helps us
Falkview US and its database and backups run on Google Cloud in the United States, separate from the Swedish service at falkview.com. This website is delivered by Cloudflare.
When the AI reads or writes text, that text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic or Google) for that request only. E-mail is sent through an e-mail service provider.
Controlled information
Don't upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or ITAR/EAR export-controlled material to Falkview. The service is for public solicitations and your company's own non-controlled documents. See Security and data for details.
How long we keep it
Demo requests: while we are in contact, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact if you don't become a customer.
Data and documents in the service: for as long as the agreement runs. When it ends we delete them within 30 days, and backups expire 30 days after that.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or export it. E-mail contact@falkview.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on your state (for example California, Virginia or Colorado), you may have further rights under state privacy law; we honor those requests the same way.
