Your data, in the US, under your control
Falkview US is built for public solicitations and your own company documents. Here is where that data lives and what we do with it.
What not to upload
Don't upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or material controlled under ITAR or the EAR. Falkview US is not a FedRAMP-authorized service and is not an environment for controlled data. It is for public solicitations and your company's own non-controlled documents: capability statements, past performance, résumés, plans and earlier proposals.
If a solicitation's attachments are marked CUI or are only available through a controlled-access site, work on them outside Falkview.
Where your data lives
Falkview US runs on Google Cloud in the United States, with its own servers, database, backups and accounts. It shares nothing with the Swedish service at falkview.com: no tables, users, documents or backups.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups stay in the United States.
How the AI uses your documents
When Falkview reads a solicitation or drafts an answer, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic or Google) for that request only. These providers don't train their models on data sent through their business APIs, and neither does Falkview.
Your documents are only used for your company's bids. They are never shown to or used for other customers.
Every AI run has a cost and length cap, so a large solicitation can't run away.
People stay in charge
Falkview never submits a proposal, signs a representation or certification, or contacts a contracting officer. A person on your team reviews and submits.
Falkview reads only public sources (SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, state open data), the e-mails you forward and the files you upload. It never logs in to or scrapes a procurement portal.
Accounts and access
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Login sessions are tied to app.us.falkview.com alone and are never shared with the Swedish app.
Your company's admin decides who has access and can remove a user at any time.
When an agreement ends, we delete your data and documents within 30 days; backups expire 30 days after that. Security questions: contact@falkview.com.
